• The vehicle can be safely inspected and worked on
• Relevant vehicle information is provided where requested
R&T Industries reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, equipment requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Mobile Service
R&T Industries operates primarily as a mobile service within the Perth metropolitan area.
Service availability may depend on:

• Safety considerations
Certain repairs may require referral to a workshop environment.
5. Diagnostics and Repairs
Vehicle diagnostics are performed using professional diagnostic tools and technical procedures.
Electrical and mechanical systems can be complex, and in some cases:

Diagnostic fees apply regardless of whether repairs proceed.
6. Performance Tuning and ECU Calibration

• Performance improvements cannot be guaranteed for every vehicle

7. Emissions and Regulatory Compliance

It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure compliance with applicable vehicle regulations and road use laws within their jurisdiction.
R&T Industries does not accept responsibility for regulatory compliance outside the services directly provided.
8. Vehicle Condition
Customers must disclose any known issues with the vehicle prior to service.
R&T Industries is not responsible for pre-existing faults, mechanical failures, or issues arising from previously modified vehicles or aftermarket components.
9. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to make payment may result in additional recovery actions where permitted by law.
10. Warranty

• Improper vehicle use following service

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitled to remedies where services fail to meet consumer guarantees under applicable legislation.
